I’ve seen this quotation in Goodreads from the book, City of Bones, by Cassandra Clare. I’ve never read the book yet, though. The quote really tugged at my heartstrings, so I decided to make a drawing for it. :) BTW, the uniform they’re wearing is from my alma mater.
